Alison’s off to have a baby!

Today we said goodbye to our Account Manager for Keepmoat and our resident Team Leader for the north regions, as she goes off to have her first baby.

Before heading off Alison went up to visit the head office for Keepmoat and met with the Sales Director and Sales Manager who presented her with gifts before she heads off on maternity leave.

We wish Alison and her husband Ben all the best with welcoming their first child.

We will keep you posted when baby hope arrives, he or she is due 12th August.

We Won! ‘Overall Firm of the Year’ and ‘General Insurance of the Year’ 2016

This month New Homes Mortgage Services are proud to announce that we have won two awards from the Sesame Annual Conference 2016, we have been awarded Overall Firm of the Year and General Insurance of the Year.

To put this achievement in context, we discovered during the event that Sesame are responsible for more than 20% of all mortgages sold in the UK housing market. They are by far the biggest mortgage source in the market and thanks to all the team for their efforts we are now the biggest firm within the Sesame network. However, it’s not all about the mortgages themselves, Overall Firm of the Year award covers the feedback and recommendations of Lenders, the levels of Protection arranged, the compliance and standards of the firm and our Customer Feedback. This award is for the firm who is the best of the best, and it is a great recognition of our staff’s efforts, dedication and hard work over the last few years!

Take a look at the videos of our acceptance speeches below and photos from the awards and we would like to thank you all for your continued support.

Halloween Party for Birmingham Children’s Hospital

New Homes Mortgage Services celebrated Halloween in spooktacular fashion last week with our team dressing up in their scariest of costumes to fundraise for Birmingham’s Children Hospital. Amongst the dressed up we had Skeletons, dead nuns, mad hatter’s and even Harley Quinn!

We had a buffet of Halloween inspired jellies, cakes and sandwiches to munch on throughout the day and a fancy-dress competition! Chloe from our life department won the competition prize of a bottle of prosecco for her awesome skeleton interpretation.img_1463

We are happy to announce that the day overall raised £200 for Birmingham’s Children Hospital, a big well done to the team for getting involved with the Halloween spirit and for their fantastic support for Birmingham’s Children Hospital.
