Offer Period

This £100 cashback offer is valid until 31st December 2024.

Eligibility

You must be an existing Newhomes Mortgage Services customer.
The offer applies only when moving to a new property and taking out a new mortgage with Newhomes. Remortgaging is not included.
To qualify, you must mention the “customer loyalty scheme” when first contacting us about the offer.

Cashback Details

You will receive £100 cashback upon completion of your new Newhomes mortgage.
The £100 will be paid to you by cheque.
It can take a couple of weeks after completion before receiving your cheque, but you can contact Newhomes if you experience any delays in recieving your cashback.

Newhomes reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time. We also reserve the right to withhold the £100 cashback if we believe the offer terms have not been followed correctly.
