This offer is open to customers of Newhomes.

You must be a resident of the UK and at least 18 years old. You must be the first person to refer someone whose details are not already entered into the client database.

When a new client contacts us they must give us sufficient information to enable us to identify you as the person who referred them.

£100 is payable by cheque and will be issued upon completion of the new mortgage or life insurance product. Any mortgage/life insurance products applied for prior to this promotion dated 04/01/2023 are exempt.

There are no restrictions on the number of new clients you may refer, but only one £100 cheque per new client in respect of any Mortgage Offer or life insurance product will be issued. There is a maximum payment to any referrer of £300 per annum.

We reserve the right not to send £100 if we have reason to believe that a referral has not been made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Customer Loyalty Gift

This offer is open to customers of Newhomes Mortgage Services. If you move to a new property and you use Newhomes for your new mortgage, as a thank you we will reward you with £100.

The £100 will be payable by cheque and will be issued upon completion of the new mortgage. Any mortgage products applied for prior to this promotion dated 01/02/2023 are exempt.

Customer Cashback Offer

The cashback offer is valid for all new mortgage applications submitted by local employees in Cannock. You must quote ORBITALHOMES to qualify for the offer.

The cashback amount is £100 and will be paid by cheque within 30 days of completion of the mortgage

The cashback offer is not available in conjunction with any other Newhomes promotions. The cashback offer is subject to change and may be withdrawn at any time.
