Offer Period

This referral offer is valid until December 31st 2026.

Eligibility

• Only existing Newhomes customers can participate in this referral program to refer new customers.
• Referred friends must quote the referer’s unique code when applying with Newhomes.
• Referred friend must not be an existing Newhomes customer.

Reward

• You’ll receive £100 for each successful referral when your friends complete a new mortgage or insurance policy with us.
• The maximum annual payout is £300 (up to 3 successful referrals).

Payment

• The £100 referral reward will be issued once the new mortgage or insurance policy from your referral is completed.
• It can take a couple of weeks after completion before receiving your £100 cheque, but you can contact Newhomes if you experience any delays in receiving your referral reward.

General

• Newhomes reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time. We also reserve the right to withhold the referral payment if we believe the offer terms have not been followed correctly.
