New Homes Mortgage Services: Experienced Mortgage Advisor Wanted!

Are you a qualified, customer-oriented mortgage advisor looking for a career with a leading UK broker?

New Homes Mortgage Services is one of the UK’s largest mortgage brokers. We’re searching for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Client Services team and build lasting relationships with returning customers.

What You'll Do:

Understand customer’s aspirations and financial situation to recommend the perfect mortgage.
Source the best deals from a panel of 72 lenders, ensuring clients get the most competitive rates and terms.
Support clients through the mortgage process, from application to completion.
Identify additional opportunities for financial products like insurance and protection.
Deliver exceptional service by building trust and providing personalised support throughout the process.
Stay compliant and informed: Uphold industry regulations.

What We Offer:

Basic salary plus commission bonus
£26k to £30k depending on experience with an OTE of £45k.
Hybrid Office & remote working
Full-time, permanent
Leads are provided
You will have full administration support working alongside you

You're a Perfect Fit If You:

Are a CeMAP-qualified mortgage professional with proven experience.
Possess a proactive, can-do attitude and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Have exceptional communication skills, excelling both verbally and in writing.
Are client-centric, putting their needs at the heart of everything you do.
Are detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.
Stay up to date with regulations and financial products.
