New Homes Mortgage Services: Customer Liason Manager Wanted!

New Homes Mortgage Services is one of the UK’s largest mortgage brokers. We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Customer Liaison Manager to join our growing team.
In this key role, you will join a team of Customer Liaison Managers. You will liaise with our valued clients and external partners. You will play a key role in processing mortgage applications and ensure a seamless experience for all involved.

What You'll Do:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing enquiries and providing ongoing support.
Process applications efficiently and accurately, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
Proactively identify and resolve any client issues, exceeding expectations in customer service.
Liaise effectively with internal teams, lenders, and solicitors ensuring timely updates.

Skills and experience

Proven experience in a customer service or liaison role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse range of clients.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask efficiently
Experience in a similar industry is a plus.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £22,000 to £25,000 based on experience.
