Job Description

New Homes Mortgage Services is one of the UK’s largest mortgage brokers. We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Customer Liaison Manager to join our growing team. In this key role, you will join a team of Customer Liaison Managers. You will liaise with our valued clients and external partners. You will play a key role in processing mortgage applications and ensure a seamless experience for all involved.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing enquiries and providing ongoing support.
  • Process applications efficiently and accurately, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
  • Proactively identify and resolve any client issues, exceeding expectations in customer service.
  • Liaise effectively with internal teams, lenders, and solicitors ensuring timely updates.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in a customer service or liaison role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse range of clients.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask efficiently.
  • Experience in a similar industry is a plus.
