Newhomes has strengthened its Business Development team through key promotions following a record 32% increase in new build activity. This reinforces their commitment to supporting builders and driving future growth.
Nick Ashton and Hannah Nesbitt have both been promoted to New Build Directors, recognising their outstanding contribution to the company’s success. Their expanded roles will see them drive strategy, strengthen builder partnerships, and support the ongoing development of Newhomes’ new build division.
Furthermore, Ellie Powell has been promoted to Business Development Manager, further enhancing the team and allowing Newhomes to offer an even more personalised service to new and longstanding builder partners.
