Newhomes Mortgage Services LLP has signed up for the Mortgage Industry Mental Health Charter (MIMHC) as part of its commitment to supporting the mental wellbeing of mortgage industry professionals.
A voluntary commitment, those who sign the charter agree to support better mental health in the industry and develop mental health awareness among employees using activities and advocacy.
The MIMHC’ s mission is to help member companies develop and customise services that best cater to their employees’ mental health needs. This initiative comes in response to research indicating a worsening mental health situation within the mortgage industry.
