Your Key Responsibilities
- Supporting our Account Managers with their daily tasks and client communications.
- Directly engaging with clients, gathering essential information, and conducting initial financial assessments.
- Providing clear overviews of available mortgage products.
- Collaborating with national housebuilders. You’ll proactively report on progress and keep the builders informed every step of the way.
- Offering expert advice on a wide range of mortgage-related queries.
What We're Looking For
To thrive in this role, you’ll need to be keen to learn and have a strong work ethic. While a background in finance isn’t necessary, as full training and support will be provided, you’ll ideally have:
Outstanding customer service skills – you love helping people!
A confident and professional telephone manner.
Previous sales experience is a plus, but definitely not essential.

Working Hours
Our office is open seven days a week, and your working pattern will include:
Two weekends out of every four.
Two days off during the week.
Working hours are:
Monday–Thursday: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Friday: 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekends: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM
