We started our journey in 1996 with a simple vision: to provide expert mortgage advice that is tailored to your personal needs and create a better mortgage experience for you.
From a small team of seven people, we have grown into a large team of 80 employees who share our passion and vision. We have achieved many milestones along the way, such as purchasing our own offices, launching our trainee partnership programme, and acquiring new businesses.
But our mission remains the same: to put you at the heart of everything we ever do.
Newhomes was founded in 1996 by a group of seven professionals who had a vision to provide mortgage services to clients across the UK.
In 2007, Newhomes acquired Morston Court, a modern and spacious building in Cannock, as their new headquarters.
In 2012, Newhomes launched an innovative trainee partnership scheme, which aimed to recruit and train the next generation of the leadership team.
In 2013, Newhomes opened their second office branch in Cannock.
In 2015, Newhomes celebrated the success of their trainee partnership scheme, as the first batch of trainees completed their training and became fully qualified partners.
In 2021, Newhomes marked their 25th anniversary as one of the leading new build mortgage brokers in the UK.

Newhomes was proud to be awarded Barclays Best Diversity Initiative 2023.
